Do You Require A Deposit Or Full-Payment?
Most projects require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule. The remaining 50% will be due when the work has been completed. Project that require 50% deposit must have a minimum of $3,000.
How Much Does A Logo Cost?
Prices for logos and branding will depend on a number of factors including the size of your organization, whether the work is for a new business or an established company undertaking a rebrand, how many views will need to be taken into consideration and the complexity of the design brief. Can You Give A Timeframe On The Process?
It really depends on the requirements. Logo design & brand identity projects are dynamic and can vary in depth and therefore timespan. For simple branding and logo design requests we can deliver within 3-5 weeks, complete brand identities will be much longer. We allow at least one month for web design & development projects to ensure everything passes the required testing. We are perfectionists & so we don’t rush. We also rely upon quick client responses in order to hit deadlines.
Can We Purchased Unused Concepts?
You can, but we would prefer that you didn’t. If we feel a particular unused design is the perfect solution to your brief then we can negotiate a sale. Ideally, we would want to start from scratch and really dig deep into the creative process to produce something magnificent especially for you.
Can I Get A PSD File For My Order?
We work with vectors and therefore don’t output logo designs for layered PSD files. We also offer logo usage guidelines, which explain why the artwork should not be tampered with.
Do You Design Your Logos From Scratch?
Yes – our creative team draws all logo design concepts from a blank white canvas, using the latest industry standard software. Our approach is always totally tailored to you – so you can be sure your logo is totally original and unique.
Can I Send An Attachment I Have As An Idea?
Yes – you can attach logos and any supporting materials to your design brief when placing your order. This can be very helpful, assisting us in understanding your exact requirements. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number and contact details, and we’ll do the rest for you.
Will We Own The Rights To A Logo That You Design For Us?
Once we have completed the design process, the copyrights of that final individual logo are then transferred to you and you own them. We own the rights to any creative concepts not chosen.
How Long Will It Take To Get A New Website?
On average, we shoot for a four to six week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.
Do You Charge Per Hour Or Per Project?
CRWND Studios charges on a per-project basis. This also helps ensure you are never in the dark about pricing or have unexpected costs throughout the project.
