General Description

Are you a professional graphic designer with a strong book? Love what you do? Want to challenge yourself in a positive environment and take your skills to the next level? CRWND Studios is looking for an elite creative talent to join our Houston-based team as a Sr. Graphic Designer. Designers in this role will create a variety of brand-driven channel executions for our clients. The Sr. Graphic Designer will use their experience and creative leadership to develop new brand concepts and designs for our clients, help concept global campaigns and develop experiences and assets to help our clients grow and win. The successful candidate will be a hands-on expert in visual design, and will work closely with a team of other designers, art directors, marketing consultants, copywriters, developers and others to elevate client brands and marketing programs. Creative problem-solving skills, pixel perfect precision, an appreciation for creative strategy and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite are a must.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree and Experience In Visual, Interactive, or UX Design
5+ Years of Professional Design Experience, Agency Environment Is A Plus

Qualifications

  1. Creative problem-solving skills, pixel perfect precision, an appreciation for creative strategy and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite are a must
  2. Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  3. Communication skills and an ability to drill down to a customer’s requirements
  4. Ability to work within a cross-functional team and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  5. Exceptional attention to detail
  6. Strong understanding of motion graphics to create and edit video content
  7. Ability to create high-performance web design
  8. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in brand development, typography, color theory, page layout and iconography
  9. Bachelor’s degree and experience in visual, interactive, or UX design
  10. A portfolio of work that can be accessed online (send link)
  11. Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard design processes, methods and tools
  12. An understanding of the methodology and standards of web design
  13. Knowledge of interface and user experience design best practices for all screen sizes and devices
  14. An understanding of motion graphics with proven examples
  15. Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment
  16. Demonstrated knowledge of design and technology trends

Responsibilites

• The Senior Graphic Designer will use their experience and creative leadership to develop new brand concepts and designs for our clients, help concept global campaigns and develop experiences and assets to help our clients grow and win
• The successful candidate will be a hands-on expert in visual design, and will work closely with a team of other designers, art directors, marketing consultants, copywriters, developers and others to elevate client brands and marketing programs
• Learn and understand each client’s business, market and target audiences
• Develop new brand identities for new clients
• Collaborate on marketing campaign development
• Execute development of sales and marketing assets aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate, support and mentor other designers, providing feedback and guidance on design execution

Job Benefits

Salary: $22/Hour Wage - Bi-Weekly Pay
96 hours of paid sick leave per year (accrues monthly)
Summer Fridays - Months of: May, June, July, and August
Paid Vacations - 2 Per Year
