General Description

CRWND Studios is looking for an Art Director – a conceptual design wizard, ready to take on every challenge, big and small. From smashing out quick-turn design needs to crushing 360º campaigns, we need an Art Director that is flexible, smart and endlessly imaginative. Gone are the days of an art director just able to do layouts. Are you as comfortable doing GIFs, shooting for the fun of it, creating awesomeness as you are noodling over typography in a layout? Are you always learning, particularly in a constant-evolving industry? If you are the type of design savant that is adept at executing across multiple platforms, concepting big ideas both independently and with a writing partner, hitting deadlines and you really mean it when you say you’re a team player you may be a perfect fit with us.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree In Design, Digital Design, or Relevant Creative Field
2-4 Years of Graphic Design / Art Direction Experience

Qualifications

  1. Skilled at creating unique and breakthrough design work that is on-brand, on-strategy and on-time
  2. Possess an understanding of website, digital, mobile and social media and best practices when designing for each of them
  3. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  4. Experience in digital design with knowledge of Adobe XD a plus
  5. A natural problem-solver and self-starter
  6. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  7. Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks

Responsibilites

• Concept and execute integrated campaigns that will work across multiple channels, especially in the digital space.
• Collaborates with senior writers to produce a very high quality of advertising.
• Ensures that ideas/designs are produced timely, on budget and with the degree of quality promised to the client.
• Directs and guides art directors and writers in the creation of advertising.
• Delivers internal presentations to senior creative personnel and/or clients.
• Remains current on industry trends and technology.
• Be resilient, collaborative, and open

Job Benefits

Salary: $20/Hour Wage - Bi-Weekly Pay
96 hours of paid sick leave per year (accrues monthly)
Summer Fridays - Months of: May, June, July, and August
Paid Vacations - 2 Per Year
