General Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the CRWND Studios team to manage from start to finish all project requests; working with designers, writers, and creative directors. The Project Manager will assess the creative briefs/requests and have a full understanding of what is needed to carry out the request. They will set up and run any kickoff or review meetings, manage the review process for all projects, keep track of all deliverables on Dropbox, and be responsible for organizing files and sending final files to stakeholders and vendors. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and know the status of all at any given time, for deliverables that include the marketing website, banners, social media banners, swag, on-site signage (large and small), mobile app assets, maps, media trades, etc. They will ensure that the work produced is high quality, meets all business objectives, and is delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations
PMP (PMI) certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)
4+ Years Experience In Tactics Including Project Management, Organization Director

Qualifications

  3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
  4. Ability to interact with many people and process a large volume of requests as necessary
  5. Excellent personal computer skills including strong knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  6. Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  7. To be successful in this role, you should also have prior experience managing mid-to-large-scale projects within a design agency
  8. Ultimately you are an activator who can build confidence and trust with the team, as well as our clients
  9. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  10. Ability to pay attention to details, ability to follow through on details
  11. Proactive and responsive nature
  12. Experience managing projects using project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  13. Experience gathering, tracking, and managing product and design requirements
  14. Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and be a reflection of CRWND Studios’ values

Responsibilites

In this position, you will work with a dynamic team to manage scope, schedule, and budget design services for projects

• Manage multiple marketing communications projects, tracking and reporting on progress and status
• Negotiate and own the schedule, budget and resource-planning to ensure the Studio team is set for success
• Build relationships and work closely with partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans
• Ability to manage outside partner relationships and steer communications with prominent stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve with the extended team, while keeping all parties informed and tracking
• Confidence to set firm boundaries with stakeholders and drive the work
• Identify roles and responsibilities at project outset, to clearly understand and set expectations, while also ensuring a streamlined and efficient program delivery

Job Benefits

Salary: $13/Hour Wage - Bi-Weekly Pay + 10% of Project Funds Attained
92 Hours of Paid Sick Leave Per Year (Accrues Monthly)
Summer Fridays - Months of: May, June, July, and August
Paid Vacations - 2 Per Year
